摘要
目的探讨双源CT三维重建成像诊断肋骨骨折的应用价值。方法对我院2012年11月至2013年10月60例临床怀疑肋骨骨折而常规X线平片显示阴性的胸部外伤患者,应用双源CT三维重建技术对其进行分析。结果 60例患者中,发现39例76处肋骨骨折,完全性骨折21处和不完全骨折55处,另外同时发现胸骨骨折3例,锁骨骨折2例,肩胛骨骨折3例,胸椎骨折10例,肺部挫伤28例,气胸9例,胸腔积液29例。结论双源CT三维重建技术能快速、直观、准确地显示肋骨骨折,较常规X线平片明显提高肋骨骨折的检出率,并可同时发现合并症,在肋骨骨折的诊断中具有独特优势。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Dual - source U 1 with 61) reconstruction in rio iracture. Methods Sixty patients suspected ribs fracture by clinical examination, which had negative appearance in X - ray film, were performed with 3D reconstruction of Dual - source CT. Results In all of 60 patients, 39 patients were demonstrated 76 ribs fracture on 3D reconstruction of Dual - source CT as complete fracture in 21 ribs and incomplete fracture in 55 ribs. At the same time, 3 cases of Sternal fracture, 2 cases of clavicular fractures, 3 cases of scapular fractures, 10 cases of thoracic vertebral fracture, 28 cases of pulmonary contusion, 9 cases of pneumothorax, and 29 cases of pleural effusion were displayed. Conclusions The rib fractures can be displayed intuitive and accurately hy Dual - source CT 3D reconstruction techniques, and also found that complications, 3D reconstruction of Dual - source CT is a very useful examination method in the diagnosis of rib fracture, it excels the routine X - ray examination.
