摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病常见的严重慢性微血管并发症之一,亦是四大主要致盲性眼病之一,病理性血管新生是其发生的重要病理表现,系统地阐述糖尿病视网膜病变新生血管形成的治疗研究进展,可为临床治疗提供参考。本文对糖尿病视网膜病变新生血管形成治疗研究进展进行综述。
Diabetic retinopathy （DR） is one of the common and serious chronic mierovascular complications of diabetes. It is also one of the four major blinding eye diseases. Pathological angiogenesis is an important pathological manifestation of DR, and its pathogenesis is not clear. Systematic exposition pathogenesis and treatment of DR could provide reference for the clinical treatment.
