摘要
通过生化试验及PCR等方法对13株猪链球菌进行鉴定分型,用结晶紫染色(CV)和扫描电镜(SEM)的方法对其形成生物被膜的能力进行研究,并对形成的生物被膜进行形态观察。结果显示:经鉴定的13株猪链球菌中1株为1型,4株为9型,2株为7型,另2株为2型,其他菌株为未知;13株菌均能形成生物被膜,其中1号、2号、3号、4号、7号、9号、10号、12号、13号菌形成生物被膜能力较弱,5号、6号、8号、11号菌形成生物被膜能力中等。这些结果为研究猪链球菌致病性及为生物被膜研究提供物质基础。
Thirteen strains Streptococcus suis were identificated and genotyped by biochemical experiments and PCR method, Iheu stained with crystal violet (CV)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the morphology of biofihn and its ability was examined. As a result, 13 strains were Streptococcus suis.One strain was the type 1, four strains were the type 9, two strains were the type 7, two strains were the type 2, but others were unknown. All strains could form biofilms.The biofihn forming ability of islates 1,2,3,4,7, 9, 10, 12,13 were weak, while 5,6,8,11 were moderately. These results could provide a theoretical basis for the study of the Streptococcus suis pathogenicity and its biofilm.
