小花棘豆中毒对家兔运氧能力和抗氧化损伤的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨小花棘豆对家兔抗氧化能力的影响,揭示小花棘豆对家兔的毒性作用机理。将24只家兔随机分为4组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,3个试验组分别按照每千克体重5、10、20 g的剂量饲喂小花棘豆,至典型临床症状出现,通过采血检测家兔红细胞和抗氧化指标的变化。结果显示,与正常对照相比,中毒家兔血液红细胞数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著下降,总胆固醇(T-CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)含量均显著上升。表明小花棘豆中毒可显著影响家兔血液运氧和抗氧化能力,并影响家兔的脂代谢。 24 rahhits were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups (the control group and experimetal group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) t,,investigate the effet of Oxrtropis glabra DC on anti-oxidative capacity, and reveal the toxic mechanism of O.glabra DC. These experimental groups of rabbits were fed daily with O.glabra DC at 5, 10 or 20 g/( kg·d )until typical symptoms were observed. During the test, blood routine itenls and biochemical parameters of each group were measured respectively. The resuhs demonstrated that the activities of RBC, HCT, HGB, MCHC, T-AOC, SOD, GSH-Px and CAT in the poisoned rabbits were significantly dropped: the contents of TC, TG, MDA, LDL-C and VLDL-C in the poisoned rabbits were significantly higher than those of normal control group. The results showed that O.glabra DC has remarkable effects on oxygen transport, anti-oxidative capacity and lipid metabolism of rabbits.
