摘要
为了观察黄连解毒散经超微粉碎后和普通粉相比有效成分小檗碱、栀子苷从鸡体内排出的规律及对其吸收利用度的影响.将150只鸡随机分为甲、乙、丙3组,每组50只.甲组灌胃给80目的黄连解毒散,2 g/只;乙组灌胃给400目的黄连解毒散,2 g/只,丙组灌胃给400目的黄连解毒散,1 g/只,给药2.5 h后开始收集粪便,2.5~3.5h,3.5~4.5h、4.5~5.5h、5.5~6.5 h、6.5~7.5h、7.5~8.5h、8.5~9.5h、9.5~10.5h时间段收集粪便.60 ℃以下温度充分干燥,称重,研细,用高效液相色谱法测定鸡粪中小檗碱和栀子苷的排出量.结果灌服相同剂量的黄连解毒散,超微粉组和普通粉组相比,鸡粪便中小檗碱的量没有显著差异(P>0.05);当超微粉组的剂量是普通粉剂量的1/2时,鸡粪中小檗碱的量也基本减半.说明经过超微粉碎并没有增加小檗碱在鸡体内的吸收.超微粉组鸡粪中栀子苷的总量明显减少,相同剂量两组相比有显著差异(P<0.05),栀子苷的吸收利用度增加约44%.表明超微粉碎后可以增加黄连解毒散中栀子苷的吸收利用度,而对小檗碱的影响不明显.
Objective : Comparing the difference of exhausting and absorption of Berberine and Geniposide in Huanglianjiedusan. Method: 150 chickens were randomly divided into three groups, Group A for intragastric administration of 80 orders Huanglianjiedusan, 2 g/only;(;roup B for intragastric administration of 400 orders Huanglianjiedusan, 2 g/only;Group C for intragastric administration of 400 nrders Huanglianjiedu san;2 g/only. After 2.5 h, manure was collected at different time points (2.5~3.5 h, 3.5~4.5 h, 4.5~5.5 h, 5.5~6.5 h, 6.5~7.5 h, 7.5~8.5 h, 8.5~9.5 h, 9.5~ 10.5 h). After sufficient drying at 60 ℃, weighing, and grinding, high-performance liqt, id chromtography was used for the determinatinn of chicken manure exerelion of berberine and geniposide. Results : Perfusion of the same dose of Huauglian jiedusan, Compared with the ultra micro powder group and common powder group, no significant differences in the amount of berberine were observed in chieken feces (P〉O.05). When uhrafine powder group dose was 1/2 of common powder, berberine in chicken manure was cut in half, and the superfine eomminution did not increase the absorption of berberinein chickens. Tntal geniposide in chicken feces was significantly reduced in uhramicro-pulverizatiou group, and the same dose of the two group was significant(P〈0.05 ). Geniposide bioavail ability increased about 44%. Conclusinn : ultramicro-pulverization can increase lhe bioavailability of Geniposide in Huanglianjiedusan, but it was not the effect of berberine.
