蛋白质组学及其在奶牛乏情研究中的应用前景

摘要 近十多年来,我国奶牛集约化规模化养殖场不断增加,单产水平不断提高,繁殖障碍疾病发生率呈现增高趋势.据统计,我国奶牛繁殖障碍发生率达20%~40%,其中产后乏情奶牛占繁殖障碍的26.68%;美国约有38%奶生产后60~80 d不表现发情[1].集约化牛场高产奶生产后乏情的现象更为普遍,乏情率可高达50%以上.据报道,1头奶牛缩短一个空怀期可节约饲养费600多元人民币,经济效益十分显著.因此,乏情是高产奶生产后亟待解决的一个重要的繁殖障碍问题[2].
