摘要 神经菌毛素1(NRP1)是神经菌毛素(NRP)家族的重要成员之一,通过与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、信号素(Sema)和其他多种细胞因子间的相互作用影响肿瘤细胞的辐射抗性。本文总结了NRP1在相关领域的最新研究进展,并对NRP1的结构、表达、生物学功能和与肿瘤放射敏感性的关系等方面作一综述。
