浙江省东门岛渔业能源消耗的影响因素分析

摘要 在实地调研和数据分析的基础上,运用对数指数分解方法 LMDI(Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index)对浙江省东门岛2007~2012年渔业能源消耗的影响因素进行了分解,将能源消耗的总效应分解为产业结构效应、能源结构效应、能源强度效应和生产规模效应.结果表明:2007~2012,产业结构调整和生产规模增大是促进东门岛渔业总能耗增长的主要因素;能源强度2007~2010抑制渔业总能耗的增长,2010~2012促进渔业总能耗的增长;能源结构是抑制2007~2012能耗增长的主要因素.最后从产业结构、能源结构、能源强度和生产规模四个方面为东门岛渔业的发展提供了相关建议. The LMDI was applied to decompose the influence factors of fishery energy of Dongmen Island from 2007 to 2012, on the basis of field investigation and data analysis. Impacts of industrial structures, energy structure, energy intensity and scale of production were fully examined. Results were obtained as follows, in the past 5 years, the major driver of Energy Consumption were industrial structures and scale of production; Energy intensity inhibits the growth of the total energy consumption in the first three years, but after two years, it promotes the total energy consumption;The major constraint was the energy structure. According to the results, some policy advices are given.
