两种术式治疗大隐静脉曲张临床疗效分析

目的探讨两种手术方法治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2013年1月同期收治的56例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,将其随机分为研究组29例和对照组27例。对照组患者采用传统手术方法治疗,研究组患者采用大隐静脉高位结扎加小切口点式抽剥术的方法治疗。比较两组患者的术中相关指标、术后并发症以及随访资料。结果研究组与对照组患者的术前一般资料比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。研究组术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间和术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组随访12个月未见曲张静脉复发。结论大隐静脉高位结扎加点式抽剥术是一种治疗大隐静脉曲张的有效方法,疗效肯定,并发症较少,适于基层医院推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two operative methods treatment great saphenous vein varicosity. Methods 65 cases of varicose great saphenous vein varicosity patients with clinical data were slected from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013, and they were randomly divided into the research group of 29 cases and the control group of 27 cases. The control group were treated with traditional surgical treatment method,the research group were treated with high ligation plus small in- cision point stripping treatment method. The clinical effect, operation time, and postoperative complications of two groups were observed. Results marked difference was found between control group and research group about basic data （P 〉 0. 05 ）. But there were significant difference in operation time, Intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications and length of stay be- tween control group and research group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no recurrence after 12 months follow-up. Conclusion The high ligation plus small incision point stripping method for treatment of great saphenous vein varicosity has significant effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
