摘要
集中管理的原则在数字时代依然发挥着不可替代的作用,数字档案集中管理成为时代的需要。本文以制度建设为重心,初步构建了我国数字档案集中管理策略体系。
The principle of centralized management still plays an irreplaceable role in the digital era, digital file management become the need of the times. In this paper, taking the system construction as the tbcus, the initial construction of Digital Archives in China＇ s centralized system management strategy.
