基于坎蒂雷赋权法和灰色关联度的数字档案馆服务评价研究——以绍兴五所高校为例

The Research on Digital Archives Service Evaluation Based on Kantiray Weighting Method and Grey Correlation Analysis

数字档案馆的服务满意度测评是全面、客观的衡量数字档案馆工作优劣的重要手段。本文以绍兴五所高校的数字档案馆为例,运用坎蒂雷赋权法确定各评价指标的权重,结合灰色关联度分析法评价出各校工作优劣,并对结果作了分析,试图探讨出一种科学、客观、易操作的数字档案馆服务评价方法。

Digital Archives service satisfaction evaluation is an important method to comprehensively and objectively evaluate digital archives working quality. In this paper, taking five colleges＇ digital archives in Shaoxing for instance, the author uses Kantiray Weighting Method to determine weigh of all the evaluation indicators, combines grey correlation analysis to evaluate these colleges＇ working quality and analysis the result. The author attempts to discuss a scientific objective easy-operable evaluation method of digital archives service quality.
