高校档案是一所高校可持续发展的一项重要资源,是高校历史的发生与演变的真实记载,它既是高校可持续发展的基础,也是高校师生"爱校、知校"的生动教材。然而,由于种种原因,特别是在数字时代,高校档案的信息资源没有得到充分而又广泛的利用。因此,为了满足数字化时代对高校信息资源储备和使用的要求,必须更新高校档案管理建设的理念,应用先进的现代技术和设备,建立数字化档案信息服务系统,推进档案管理的创新。

University archives is an important resource for the sustainable development of universities. It is the real record of the occurrence and development of University History. University archives IS not only the basis of sustainable development but also the vivid teaching material for teachers and students to love the school and know the school. But, archives information resources have not been fully utilized due to various reasons, especially in the digital era. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the digital age to the university information resource reserves and use requirements .we must update the concept of management of University Archives apply advanced modern technology and equipment, establish the information service system of digital archives and promote the innovation of archives management.
