太阳辐射作用下大跨度钢结构塔架温度场及应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 太阳辐射时非均匀温度作用是对大跨度钢结构塔架影响较大的作用之一,由于钢材的导热性能好,温度影响更加显著.利用有限元软件建立瞬态热结构耦合分析大跨度钢结构整体模型,利用ASHARE晴空模型分析塔架结构整体模型随时间变化的温度场分布规律.然后利用热分析得到的温度场作为温度荷载施加到整体模型的各个节点上,获得塔架整体结构的变形和应力分布规律,给出塔架所在地区太阳辐射作用下整体结构的最大变形量和最大应力值及其分布位置,为施工和设计提供参考和数据支持. Uniform temperature effect caused by solar radiation is one of the most effects for a long span steel tower and due to a good heat conducting property, the temperature effect on steel structure is more outstanding. So the transient thermal-structural coupling solid model is established here based on finite element software and the ASHARE model is used to analyze the time-dependent temperature field on the steel tower solid model. Then the time-dependent temperature field obtained from above research is taken as temperature load applying on the nodes of the solid model. Further the stress and deformations of the structure are discussed too. Therefore the maximum deformations and stress and their locations on the steel tower are obtained here which can provide data and some advice for the steel tower's design and construction.
