摘要 研究目的:衡量农地城市流转效率,为优化土地利用提供决策参考,促进区域经济协调可持续发展。研究方法:同时采用DEA与SFA法测度武汉城市圈农地城市流转效率,比较分析不同内涵层次效率的时空差异;在利用Wilcoxon符号秩和检验法验证两种方法所得结果具有一致性的前提下,运用Copeland计分排序法对两组结果进行组合。研究结果:(1)2001—2012年武汉城市圈农地城市流转综合效率偏低,其中纯技术效率高于规模效率;(2)城市圈农地城市流转效率值在时间上呈先下降后上升趋势,在空间上存在较大差异性;(3)随着与武汉市距离的增大,城市圈各市农地城市流转效率下降,面积较小城市的增量用地利用更加有效。研究结论:结合DEA与SFA方法能克服其单独运用时的缺陷,得到内涵更全面并具有横向和纵向可比性的农地城市流转效率测度结果。 The purpose of this paper is to measure the rural-to-urban land transfer efficiency and provide reference for optimizing land use decisions in the aim of sustainable and coordinated development of regional economy. The methodology is to calculate transfer efficiency via DEA and SFA, and compared the efficiencies in terms of dimensions of time and space. Furthermore, we used Copeland Scoring and Ranking methods to combine the results. Results indicated that in the period between 2001 and 2012, comprehensive efficiency of rural-to-urban land transfer in Wuhan metropolitan area was relatively low, and pure technical efficiency was higher than scale efficiency. Meanwhile, rural-to-urban land transfer efficiency of Wuhan metropolitan area dropped before being raised temporally, and showed obviously spatial difference. If the distance from the center of Wuhan city increased, efficiency of the cities declined and the cities with small land area had a more effective utilization of incremental urban land than the cities with larger land area. The conclusion of this paper is that we can get more precise efficiency measurement results by combining two kinds of frontier analysis methods of DEA and SFA, which are more comprehensive and can be compared in longitudinal and latitudinal way.
