摘要
文中通过对轧花机的结构和工作原理的研究,指出棉籽分离控制系统的不足,研制出了不同回潮率控制下的变频调速和BP神经网络预测短绒率系统,该方案实现了上位机对轧花机的控制。该系统运行稳定,降低了短绒率,提高了轧花精度。
Through the study of the structure and working principle of cotton gin, points out the shortage of cotton seed separation control system, developed under different moisture regain control of the frequency control of motor speed and the Bp neural network to predict the rate of short-staple system, the scheme has a PC to control on the cotton gin. The system runs stably, reduce the rate of short-staple and improved the precision of crimped wire.
