The paper introduces three main points of the turbine meter:the basic components,the theory of measurement and the characteristic of signal.The design thought of annulus board of SKD-3000 Numerical Control Well Logging Machine,theory of linking with turbine meter subsurface equipment and the concrete design of its signal processing are formulated in detail.The expected goal has been achieved with the correct rotational frequency of a turbine and response curve of a meter.
