Following the large-scale exploration and production of shale gas and the development of ts to de pipeline system, the article analyzes the status and problems existing in execution of gas contracts in the Sichuan east China gas transmission pipeline project and puts forward contract management suggestions suitable for sha gas, so as to achieve the purpose of giving consideration to both risk control and market cultivation .
