与国外先进石化企业相比,在我国的石油化工企业中,仪表系统的应用并不成熟,存在着不合理现象,需要采取措施加强仪表系统的合理化应用。均匀控制系统用于前后工序在控制要求上出现矛盾时,保障前后工序在限制范围内稳定运行。本文通过实际案例说明了均匀控制系统的应用,展示出该系统未来在石化行业广阔的应用前景。

Compared with foreign advanced petrochemical enterprises, in China＇s petrochemical enterprises, the application of instrument system is not mature and exists irrational phenomenon, needing to take measures to strengthen the rationalized application of instrument system. Uniform control system is used to guarantee front- end production and back-end production＇ stable operation in limited range when front-end production and back- end production are contradictory in control requirements. Based on practical case, the article demonstrates the application of uniform control system, showing the system＇s broad application prospect in petrochemical industry in future.
