摘要
钢渣作水泥原料时,可替代全部的铁质原料和部分石灰石。由于钢渣中Al2O3的含量相对较低,采用16%的钢渣与石灰石选矿尾矿、硅石选矿废渣、粒化高炉矿渣等冶金选矿、冶炼废渣配料时,不需要大幅度提高Fe2O3的含量就可以降低熟料中C3A的含量,使抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥熟料的生料配料不再是一件难事。多种废渣配料后物料的易烧性改善,在干法回转窑上通过适时调整煅烧操作参数,有效地解决了预热器的结皮、堵塞和回转窑的结球、结圈等生产技术问题。
When steel slag as a cement raw material, can replace all iron raw material and part of limestone.
