土建类专业教法改革已成为现阶段高职高专专业建设的核心和难点,通过对当前国家对高职教育的政策和文件研究,结合对建筑工程技术专业教师的教法和学生的学情问卷调查分析,聚焦了六个教学方面存在的核心问题,针对这些问题提出"一图两册一库"教学法,通过此教法将教学做融为一体,实现三个"融合"、两个"对接"及两个"打破"。意在以"应用"为主旨和特征构建课程和教学内容体系,带动建筑工程专业课程调整与建设,引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革,带动师资队伍建设,通过课程系统教学夯实学生基本知识和能力培养阶段的基础,补充综合实训阶段的缺陷,促进"教学做"一体化教学模式和团队合作式学习模式的建设。
