盾构隧道结构健康评价的变形指标研究 被引量:13

摘要 选取隧道横向收敛变形和纵向不均匀沉降作为隧道结构健康评价的单项评价指标,提出了采用梁-弹簧模型计算管片纵缝接头处的内力,在此基础上采用精细化解析模型进一步分析纵缝接头力学特性,以纵缝接头张开量、螺栓屈服和管片裂缝值为控制依据,计算得到横向收敛指标;采用三维壳-弹簧模型,以环缝最大张开量为控制依据,计算得到不均匀沉降的曲率控制指标。将该研究应用于南京轨交10号线越江隧道工程,得到该隧道结构健康评价的变形控制指标。 The tunnel transverse convergence deformation and longitudinal uneven settlement are selected as single index of tunnel structural health evaluation. The internal force of segment longitudinal joints is calculated by beam-spring model. Then,further analysis is made to the mechanical properties of longitudinal joint by fine analysis model. Taking the opening of longitudinal joint,bolt yield and segment crack value as control bases,the transverse convergence index is calculated. Taking the maximum opening of circumferential joint as control basis,the curvature control index of uneven settlement is calculated by 3D shell-spring model. The study results have been used in the river crossing tunnel of Nanjing Rail Transit Line 10 to obtain the deformation control index of tunnel structural health evaluation.
