随着当今水土流失和环境污染问题的加重,自然资源和生态环境的重要性日渐凸显,人们尝试用各种方法进行水土保持和生态稳定维护,其中最受关注的是水土保持生态补偿机制。水土保持和生态补偿机制是国家生态补偿的重要内容,也是实现水土保持和保护环境的重要手段。文章首先对水土保持的相关概念作以阐述,并对当前的水土保持和生态补偿机制试行办法做了介绍,之后结合中国具体国情对国家水土保持生态补偿的具体实行给出了可供参考的建议,最后进行了总结。

With the worsening of soil erosion and environmental problems, the importance of natural resources and the ecological environment is becoming increasingly. People try to use a variety of methods for soil and water conservation and ecological stability, in which the most concern is the ecological compensation mechanism of soil and water conservation. Soil and water conservation and ecological compensation mechanism is an important part of the national ecological compensation, and also an important measure of soil and water conservation and environment protection. Firstly, the related concepts of soil and water conservation, the pilot scheme of the ecological compensation mechanism of the soil and water conservation, are introduced, then the concrete implementation suggestions are given for reference combing the real national situation in China, and finally summarizin~ the topics.
