益气合剂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

Clinical Study of YiQi Liquid Combined with Chemicals Therapy on Advanced NSCLC

目的:探讨益气合剂联合TP(T为紫杉醇,P为顺铂)方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的治疗作用。方法:随机将140例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为两组,对照组70例采用TP方案化疗;治疗组70例化疗方案同对照组,于化疗开始第一天口服益气合剂,每次口服75m L,每天两次。21天为1个周期,连续两个周期后评价疗效。观察患者治疗前后近期疗效、症状改善、生活质量、外周血细胞变化等情况。结果:治疗组疾病稳定率为85.71%,对照组71.4%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量改善效果优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组中医症状改善优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板减少发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期肺癌患者化疗期间联合益气合剂口服可提高疾病稳定率,改善患者的症状,提高生活质量,减轻化疗引起的毒副反应。

Objective： To study the effect of Yi Qi Liquid combined with TP（ Taxol and C- DDP） on advanced nonsmall- cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods： 140 cases patients with NSCLC in advanced stage were divided into two groups random Ly. 70 cases in control group were treated with TP of chemicals therapy. The other 70 cases in treatment group were treated with TP,and at the first day were given to Yi Qi Liquid,75 m L each time and twice a day. One treatment course included 21 days. After two treatment courses the clinical curative effects were evaluated. The recent effects,syndrome changes,life quality,and the adverse effects of the chemical therapy were observed in the two groups respectively after treatment. Results： The stable rate was 85. 71% in treatment group. And 71. 43% in control group.Treatment group was better than control group. and there showed significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The clinical symptoms were significantly improved in Yi Qi group as well（ P 〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of leukopenia,lower hemoglobin,and lower platelet were significantly lower in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion： Yi Qi Liquid combined with chemicals therapy can restrain tumor metastasis,ameliorate the clinical symptoms,improve the life quality and reduce the adverse effects caused by chemicals therapy.
