摘要 设计一种基于出风温湿度检测的冷却塔防白雾控制装置,该装置可实现出风温湿度参数的实时采集,并进行相应计算,根据计算结果判断冷却塔是否处于雾区,从而实现防白雾水泵的自动变压控制,利用电动阀控制最大进水量,实现较小混水量的消雾,节约成本。 In this paper, a device of anti-mist cooling tower based on detection of air temperature and humidity was designed. This device can realize real-time acquisition of wind temperature and humidity parameters, using the corresponding calculation of wind temperature and humidity parameters, according to the calculation results to determine whether a cooling tower in fog area, so as to realize the automatic pressure control of white mist pump, using electric valve control into the biggest water, achieve smaller mix water fog dispersal, cost savings. The device is practical, applicable to all wet cooling tower, cooling tower can be used to automatically remove the transition season of white mist.
