新制度主义视野下高校廉洁教育制度探析

Honesty Education System in Universities from the Perspective of New Institutionalism

新制度主义在政治领域和组织行为中的强大解释能力成为分析和反思高校廉洁教育工作的重要工具,尤其是在高校的共青团面对廉洁教育的制度困境时,运用新制度主义三个流派的相关理论解决问题,效果甚佳。具体而言,要解决高校廉洁教育的制度困境,寻求共青团在廉洁教育的进路需要遵循制度变革的理论逻辑,可从制度变革中的组织行为、制度强化、文化认知与道德重塑等四个方面入手。

The powerful interpretation ability of new institutionalism in the political field and the organizational behavior becomes an important tool to analyse and reflect the honesty education in universities. Especially when the Communist Youth League（CYL） in universities faces the honesty education system dilemma, the related theories of the three schools of new institutionalism work better. Specifically, in order to step out of the education system dilemma and seek the CYL＇s theoretical logic of institutional reform in the honesty education, it is necessary to follow four aspects in institutional reform： organizational behavior, institutional enhancement, cultural awareness and moral improvement.
