摘要 教育评估机构作为教育管理系统中的重要组成部分,在教育系统中发挥着反馈机制与保障机制的功能,加强教育评估与提升教育评估机构能力建设具有重要的现实意义。教育评估机构应该做好教育决策者的咨询工作,做好教育管理者的服务工作,做好办学者的教育评估工作,同时还需要加强教育评估机构系统自身建设工作。在坚持有所作为的同时,还应有所不为,即要在对自身的功能认识到位的基础上,准确把握今后的发展目标与路径,合理与适当借鉴西方经验,加强与立足本土化这一大方向。 As an important part of educational management system, education evaluation institutions plays a feedback mech- anism and the safeguard mechanism of function in the education system. Strengthening the education evaluation has important practical significance. Education evaluation institutions should improve the government's consulting work, the management departments' service work, and the schools' and universities' evaluation work. We also need to strengthen self-construction work agency for educational evaluation system. At the same time, we also should have a clear Understanding of our own, accurately grasp the development goal and path, rationally and appropriately use western experience for reference, strengthen and localize this direction.
