教师敬业研究述评

Review of Teachers' Dedication Research

文章归纳了国内外学者对教师敬业的界定,介绍了教师敬业的测量方法,梳理了教师敬业的现状研究以及教师敬业的影响因素。最后,在指出现有研究不足的基础上,重新界定了教师敬业的内涵,并提出未来的研究方向,对教师敬业的测量应该从外显和内隐测验的角度进行研究。

The article summarized the domestic and foreign scholars＇ research on the definition of teachers＇ dedication, the measuring methods, combing the current situation of teachers＇ professional research as well as the influence factors of teachers＇ dedication. Finally, on the basis of pointing out the shortages of the existing research, to redefine the connotation of teacher＇s dedication, and to put forward the future direction of the research, that is ,a survey of teachers＇ dedication should be from the perspective of explicit and implicit test studied.
