应用型文科的创新型人才培养方式探讨——构建文科实验教学模式

Trainning Method Discussion of Innovative Talents of Application Type Liberal Art's——The Construction of Liberal Arts Experimental Teaching Mode

实验教学模式的推广被公认为加强学生实践能力和创新意识的合适途径,但教育界人士大都认为我国的实验教学模式明显具有理工背景,较难适用于文科,中国的传统教育理念使文科从本质上缺失了实践教育和实验教育的基础。本文试图从培养创新型人才的紧迫性、创新型人才的能力素质特征和应用型文科教学方式的变革这几个方面来论述应用型文科实验教学模式的重要性及可能性,为后期构建实验教学应用体系打下理论基础。

Promoting experimental teaching model is regarded as the appropriate way to strengthen students＇ practical ability and innovation consciousness. However, educators consider that most of our experimental teaching model has engineering back- ground obviously, so it is difficult to apply to the liberal arts. Chinese traditional education makes liberal arts miss the basic of practice education and experimental education essentially. This article tries to discuss the importance and possibility of the appli- cation of liberal arts experimental teaching mode from the following aspects： the urgency of cultivating innovative talent, the competence characteristics of innovative talent, and reforming of applied liberal arts teaching methods, just for constructing the theory foundation of application system of experimental teaching.
