摘要 国外新近发明了一种用于侵袭性曲霉病快速诊断的免疫层析侧流装置(lateral-flow device,LFD)。LFD技术利用一株抗曲霉胞外糖蛋白的单克隆抗体作为捕获抗体和检测抗体,可检测患者血清或支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage,BAL)中的曲霉胞外糖蛋白。其特点是简便、快速,可单份标本操作。该文拟介绍 LFD的检测原理及其所涉及的抗原和抗体的特征,并对新的 LFD技术的诊断价值与半乳甘露聚糖(GM)试验和PCR进行比较。 An immunochromatographic Lateral-Flow Device (LFD)was invented for rapid serodiagnosis of Invasive Asper-gillosis by foreign investigator.A monoclonal antibody against Aspergillus extracellular glycoprotein is used as capture anti-body and detection antibody in LFD.LFD is a simple,rapid,single sample performance technique by which Aspergillus ex-tracellular glycoprotein in serum and/or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL)of patients can be detected.The principle of LFD and the features of antigen and antibody involved in the technique will be described.The diagnositic value of novel LED is compared with that of GM test and PCR.
