氮硫掺杂纳米二氧化钛的光催化活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 用水热合成法成功的合成了氮掺杂以及氮硫共掺杂的二氧化钛,并对合成的样品进行了XRD以及XPS的测试.通过对比亚甲基蓝在污染物中的降解测试,发现氮硫共掺杂二氧化钛的光催化活性明显要高于氮掺杂二氧化钛. In this paper,N-doped and N,S-codoped nanocrystalline titania has been prepared by one step hydrothermal treatment. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD and XPS analysis. The result demonstrated that N,S-codoped TiO2 exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity in the degradation of methylene blue compared to that of N-doped TiO2.
