浅谈环境影响评价工作中的公众参与

摘要公众参与是建设单位和环境影响评价机构同公众之间的一架桥梁。公众参与过程使群众了解潜在的重大环境影响及其解决方法、减缓措施等,同时征求公众对该项目的意见和建议,取得经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一。阐述了公众参与的内涵、发展历程和重要意义,对于我国环评中公众参与存在的问题给出了对策和建议。
