摘要
大便失禁常见于老年患者,易导致肛周皮损,既给患者带来痛苦,增加经济负担,又加重护理人员的工作量,笔者就大便失禁发生的相关因素及护理进展进行综述。
Fecal incontinence is a disease commonly-seen in elderly patients, which may easily lead to the perianal skin lessions. It can not only bring pain to patients and increase their economic burden, but also increase the workload of the nursing staff. The author summerizes the related factors cau- sing fecal incontinence and the progress of nursing.
