乳腺增生症的中医辨证分型与影像学表现临床研究

Clinical Research on the Correlativity of TCM Syndrome Types with Imaging Manifestations in Patients of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

目的:探讨乳腺增生症的中医分型与影像学表现的关系。材料与方法:对128例乳腺增生症患者的中医分型及影像学表现进行分析。结果:128例乳腺增生症患者中的影像学表现显示:小叶增生患者中以肝郁气滞型占比例最多;囊性增生及腺病患者中以痰瘀互结型、冲任失调型占比例较多;纤维性病患者中以阴虚火旺型占比例为多。结论:128例乳腺增生症中医分型及影像学表现具有各自特征,为乳腺增生症辩证论治体系走向标准化、客观化,增强中医证侯的规范化提供治疗依据。

Purpose- Study on Correlativity of TCM Syndrome Types with Imaging manifestations in Patients of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands. Materials and Methods： Analyze TCM Syndrome Types and Imaging manifestations in 128 cases of Patients with Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands. Results： Imaging manifestations of all the cases show us that ： most of lobular hyperplasia are liver qi stagnation type; there are more phlegm and blood-stasis and Chong and Ren dysfunction cases than other TCM types in cystic and adenosis hyperplasia; in fibrosis cases, most are Deficient yin-Vigorous fire. Conclusion： 128 cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands show specific features in their TCM types and Imaging manifestations, which can be used to promote Standardization and Objective in TCM syndrome differentiation for diagnosis .
