电子胃肠镜检查在婴儿消化道出血诊治中的意义研究

Electronic Intestines Mirror Inspection to Study the Significance of Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Infant

目的：对电子肠胃镜检查在婴儿消化道出血诊治中的意义进行研究,为电子肠胃镜在婴幼儿消化道诊治中的应用提供理论基础与实践依据.材料与方法：将我院2013年6月～2013年12月接诊的68例消化道出血患儿作为研究对象,使用电子胃肠镜对患儿进行检查,观察并记录明确诊断例数,并通过问卷调查的形式了解患儿家属的满意度.结果：68例患儿中,明确诊断64例,诊断率94.1％;并发症情况：2例患儿粘膜受损,1例切除息肉后残蒂渗血;68例患儿家属总满意度为93.9％.结论：使用电子肠胃镜对消化道出血患儿进行检查,安全性能良好,诊断率高,能有效改善患儿生存质量,提高家长满意度,为疾病的诊治提供重要参考信息,适合于临床推广应用.

Purpose： to electronic intestines mirror inspection to study the significance of gastrointestinal bleeding in infants, for electronic intestines mirror in infants and young children of diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract. Materials and Methods： our hospital from June 20!3 to December 2013, departments of 68 cases of children with gastrointestinal bleeding as the research object, using the electronic stomach and inspection on children. Results ： in 68 cases, a clear diag- nosis of 64 cases, diagnosis rate 94. 1% ; Complications ： 2 cases of children with mucosal damage, 1 case after removing pol- yps remnants, ooze blood; Overall satisfaction was 93.9%, 68 cases of children with their families. Conclusion： the use of electronic intestines mirror inspection on children with gastrointestinal bleeding, safety performance is good, to provide impor- tant reference information for disease treatment, suitable for clinical application.
