Application Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound on Early Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨经阴道彩超对早期宫外孕做出诊断的临床价值。材料与方法:对我院收治28例早期宫外孕疑似患者行经阴道彩超对其子宫及附件仔细检查,做出早期诊断,然后与患者的病理结果做比较。结果:28例患者经阴道彩超诊断早期宫外孕,有27例患者得到确诊,符合率为96.43%,误诊1例。结论:经阴道彩超在早期宫外孕的诊断中,诊断符合率较高,有一定的临床参考意义。

Purpose： To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound to early ectopic pregnancy. Materi- als and Methods： Made careful examination with transvaginal ultrasound to uterus of 28 patients admitted to our hospital with suspected early ectopic pregnancy, then give early diagnosis, and compare patients with pathological findings. Results： A- mong 28 cases of patients with early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound, there are 27 cases of patients been diagnosed, the rate was 96.43 %, 1 case of misdiagnosis. Conclusion： In the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy with transvaginal uhrasonography, the diagnosis compliance rate is higher; there are some clinical reference value.
