新生儿脐血瘦素与胎儿生长发育关系的研究

A study of the relationship between the neonatal cord blood leptin levels and the fetal growth and development

目的探讨瘦素对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法选取胎龄满37周至不足42周足月并且经阴道自然分娩的新生儿102例,根据出生体重分为3组,分别检测脐血瘦素,进而分析瘦素与不同体重组新生儿之间的相关性。结果大于胎龄儿组的脐血瘦素含量高于其他两组,其差异有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脐血瘦素水平与不同体重足月新生儿出生时的体重均呈正相关性,瘦素水平可以反映胎儿宫内生长发育情况。

Objective： To investigate the effect of leptin the impact on fetal growth and development. Methods： Select the age of 37 weeks gestational age less than 42 weeks and the natural vaginal delivery at term newborns 102 cases, according to birth weight were divided into three groups. Detection of cord blood leptin.Result is expressed as mean ± standard, Analysis using spss16.0 statistical software. Results： The cord blood leptin levels in the LGA were higher than the other two groups, the difference was significant among them （P〈0.05） . Conclusions. Cord blood leptin levels and body weight in different birth weight full-term infants showed a positive correlation, Leptin levels may reflect fetal growth and development.
