miRNA靶标及Poly-miRTS预测软件的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 1 miRNA的靶标预测方法 微小RNA(miRNA)基因在RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的作用下形成500~3 000nt的原始miRNA转录产物(pri-miRNA),在细胞核内pri-miRNA被RNaseⅢDrosha及辅助因子Pasha作用进一步剪切为60~70nt的precursor miRNA(pre-miRNA).pre-miRNA在Exportin5/Ran-GTP的协同作用下通过核孔复合体运送到细胞质中进一步被Dicer酶剪切为22nt左右的非编码单链小RNA.
