发酵人参对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂水平及体质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]观察发酵人参对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂水平及体质量的影响.[方法]给体质量为18~22g的昆明种小鼠一次性腹腔注射给予2.2%(质量分数)四氧嘧啶溶液220mg/kg,72h后检测空腹血糖值.选择血糖值介于11.1~26.1mmol/L的小鼠,按照血糖及体质量水平随机分成模型对照组、发酵人参大(0.70g/kg)、小(0.35g/kg)剂量组和二甲双胍(0.35g/kg)组,同时设正常对照组.连续灌胃给药18d后禁食12h,摘眼球取血液,分离血清测定血糖、胆固醇及三酰甘油水平.[结果]与模型对照组比较,发酵人参大、小剂量组小鼠血糖水平明显降低(P〈0.01),体质量显著升高(P〈0.01).模型对照组小鼠血清胆固醇水平与正常对照组比较明显降低(P〈0.05),发酵人参大、小剂量组血清胆固醇水平与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).[结论]发酵人参对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠有降低血糖作用,可改善糖尿病所致的体质量减轻及脂质代谢紊乱. OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of fermented ginseng on the level of blood glucose,blood lipid and body weight in alloxan(ALX)-induced diabetic mice.METHODS The 2.2% solution of ALX(220mg/kg)was injected into 18-22 g of Kunming mice intraperitoneally to induce the onset of diabetes mellitus(DM),and the fasting blood glucose was measured 72 hlater.Mice with the glucose level between 11.1mmol/L to 26.1mmol/L were taken as the successful model,and were randomly divided into five groups,including groups of normal control,DM model control,metformin group(0.35g/kg),high-dose(0.7g/kg)and low dose(0.35g/kg)of fermented ginseng.The contents of blood glucose and blood lipid in serum were detected after 18days' intragastric administration with medicine at post-fasting 12 h.RESULTS The blood glucose content was obviously decreased and body weight was increased in both groups of fermented ginseng than in DM model group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),and the content of cholesterol was significantly decreased in DM model group than in both groups of fermented ginseng(P〈0.05),and had no significant difference between two groups(P〉0.05).CONCLUSION The fermented ginseng may reduce the glucose content and improves the body loss and lipid metabolism disorder in ALX-induced DM mice.
