杜香油纳米乳体外透皮吸收及药效学研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]观察杜香油纳米乳的小鼠离体皮肤透皮吸收能力及镇痛消炎作用.[方法]以杜香油原料药物作为对照组,采用TP-5型透皮扩散仪进行小鼠体外透皮实验,观察杜香油纳米乳的透皮吸收能力;以扶他林软膏剂作为阳性对照组,进行致痛扭体及耳廓肿胀实验观察杜香油纳米乳对醋酸所致扭体反应及对二甲苯所致急性炎症的抑制效果.[结果]杜香油纳米乳透皮速率为0.575 5mg/(cm2·h),杜香油透皮速率为0.237 0mg/(cm2·h).与阳性对照组比较,杜香油纳米乳中、大剂量组醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应均被显著抑制(P<0.05,P<0.01),杜香油纳米乳大剂量组二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀明显被抑制(P<0.05).[结论]纳米乳体系对杜香油的体外透皮吸收有促进作用;杜香油纳米乳具有镇痛消炎作用. OBJECTIVETo study the transdermal delivery ability of Du sesame oil nanoemulsion in vitro and it's anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.METHODSUsing the Du sesame oil feedstock drugs as control,the transdermal diffusion test in mice in vitro was performed by TP-5-type transdermal device,and Using the voltaren ointment as positive control,the writhing response and ear swelling experiment were performed in mice to observe the inhibitory effects of Du sesame oil nanoemulsion for acetic acid-induced writhing and xylene-induced acute inflammation.RESULTS The transdermal rate of Du sesame oil nanoemulsion and DU sesame oil was 0.575 5mg/(cm^2·h)and 0.237 0mg/(cm^2·h),respectively.As compared with the positive control group,the middle dose and large dose of Du sesame oil nanoemulsion inhibited significantly the acetic acid-induced writhing response(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)and the xyleneinduced ear swelling(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The nanoemulsion system for the percutaneous absorption of DU sesame oil has promoting effect in vitro and the Du sesame oil nanoemulsion has good analgesic and antiinflammatory effects.
