J波综合征:特发性室颤

摘要心电图上连续2个或以上的导联出现J波抬高≥0.1mV是一种常见现象,称为过早复极现象（ER）.如伴有相应的临床症状则称为J波综合征.特发性室颤（IVF）,以青年男性发病为主、心脏结构完全正常、但突发心室颤动、原因不明,是年轻人心脏性猝死的重要原因.
