J波综合征的药物治疗 被引量:1

摘要 J波是指QRS波结束和ST段起点(J点)抬高>0.1mV,时程≥20ms,向上圆顶样或驼峰样的偏离基线的波,是整体心室肌除极结束和复极开始的一个标志点.为纪念20世纪50年代初Osborn对J波开创性的观察和研究,J波也称为Osborn波.J波综合征的概念是2004年以来逐渐形成的.凡是心电图有特征性J波,临床伴有室速和心脏猝死倾向,合并或不合并器质性心脏病者,通称为J波综合征.
