面向产业创新需求加强基础研究——无模型控制方法创新对科学基金资助工作的启示

摘要 以无模型控制方法为典型案例,分析该创新方法提出的背景,理论突破及实际应用,分析了该成果获得科学基金的资助及绩效,阐述了面向产业创新需求凝练基础科学问题的重要价值.此案例说明,面向产业创新需求开展基础研究不仅对实现基础科学理论和方法突破有重要价值,而且对推动技术创新,实施创新驱动发展战略有重要意义,为科学基金资助面向产业创新需求的基础研究提供了有益的启示. Taking model-free control method as a typical case, this paper analyzes the background, the theoretical breakthroughs and also the practical applications of the model-free control method, and its funding performance. The significant value of extracting fundamental scientific problems according to industrial innovation demands is also addressed. This case illustrates that basic researches aiming at industrial innovation demands not only possess the important value for realizing breakthroughs in scientific theories and methods, but also have the significance for promotion of technology innovation and also for carrying out the strategy of innovation-driven development. The investigated case of model-free control method provides a beneficial enlightenment for natural science funding in basic researches aiming at industrial innovation demands.
