摘要
东莞国贸中心T3塔楼结构立面复杂,从结构构件与建筑立面和幕墙的完美结合、风振舒适性等综合考虑,采用外框筒+核心筒的结构体系,其中外框筒体系由下向上分别采用大柱距框架、规则密柱筒和错列的密柱筒形式。对塔楼的结构体系进行介绍,针对塔楼特点制定了构件性能化设计的总体原则和性能目标,对特殊部位的传力路径进行了细致分析,并给出解决措施。
The T3 tower of Dongguan International Trade Center is featured by complex elevation. Considering the comfortontrol due to wind vibration and coordination of structural members, architecture elevatiou and facade, it adopts structuralsystem of exterior framed tube and core wall. From the bottom up, the exterior framed tube system respectively adoptsstructural systems of frame with large column-space, regular close-column tube and staggered close-column tube. Strueturalsystem of the tower was introduced. The overall principle and seismic performance objectives were set for perfirmance-baseddesign of structural members. Detailed finite element analyses were carried out tbr force transferring routes of some specialparts, and thealnleut measures were provided.
