摘要
锦州国际酒店塔楼平面为南北两个半径约为50m的1/4圆环围合成中空的近似椭圆环形平面,南北两环在端部相连,北环为框剪结构,南环在6层及以下抽柱转换且径向大部分区域为单跨框架结构。南北两环以及塔楼径向和环向的结构体系各不相同。除了设定塔楼整体的抗震性能目标外,对不同区段分别设置相应的二道防线,同时在设备层加强南北两环的连接,并在南环设置了斜撑结构,还按高于规范要求的标准对南环框架结构承担的剪力进行了调整,同时对南环单跨部分单独进行验算,提高了结构安全性。
Jinzhou International Hotel tower building has an ellipse ring plane consisting of two quarter rings with radius of50m in south and north. The two arcs contacts with each other at the ends. The northern arc is in frame-shear wall system,while the major part of the southern one is in single span frame along radial direction with transfers at 6 floor due to columnreducing underneath. The structural systems between the southern and the northern arc and between the radial direction andthe hoop direction of the tower are different. The overall seismic performance objective of the tower was set up and seconddefensive lines were also set up for various parts of the tower. The connection of the two arcs at mechanical floor wasenhanced, bracing was also introduced for the single span frame of the southern arc. The shear force taken by the singlespan frame of the southern are was increased in terms of the requirement of the codes, and the bearing capacity of thesouthern arc was checked independently, which improves the safety of the structure.
