摘要
某项目超限高层结构包括一栋159.5m高的办公塔楼和33.5m高的商业裙房。塔楼结构采用核心筒+密柱框架+带钢支撑框架的混合结构体系;裙房采用框架结构,裙房顶盖为46m大跨钢结构玻璃天窗。塔楼存在高度超限、扭转不规则、楼板不连续、抗侧力构件不连续、顶部收进等超限情况;裙房存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、抗侧力构件不连续等超限情况,塔楼和裙房均属于超限高层结构。主要针对塔楼和裙房的工程特点及在超限高层结构设计中的一些关键问题进行介绍,对塔楼和裙房结构进行弹性分析、时程分析和Pushover分析,结果表明,塔楼和裙房均能满足规范要求,并达到其预期的抗震性能目标。
The out-of-code high-rise structure is composed of a 33.5m-high commercial podium and a 159.5m-high officetower. Mixed structural system of core wall, close column frame and steel braced frame was adopted for tower building andframe structural system was adopted for podium. A large-span steel structure glass skylight of 46m was adopted in podiumroof. The tower and podium belonged to the out-of-code structures due to out-of-code height, discontinuous floor, torsionirregularity, discontinuity of lateral-resisting components, top setback and torsion irregularity, discontinuous floor,discontinuity of lateral-resisting components respectively, The characteristics of the tower and podium were introduced aswell as key issues in out-of-code high-rise structural design. The results of the elastic analysis, time-history analysis andPushover analysis on the tower and podium show that the tower and podium can meet the code requirements and achieve theseismic performance objectives.
