摘要
宁波嘉和中心裙房为5层钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,因4层、5层局部使用功能由商业转为宴会厅,存在大开间要求,需在4层、5层各抽除5根中柱。计算分析抽柱引起的传力途径改变和结构刚度变化对相关区域结构构件内力和结构整体性能的影响,在满足建筑使用空间的要求下,运用预应力、植筋等技术,提出柱加固采用扩大截面法,梁加固采用外包凹形混凝土综合加固法。
Ningbo Jiahe center skirt building is a five story reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. Due to the functional transformation from business to banquet hall requiting a large bay, it is necessary to remove five columns in corresponding stories. The analysis of the impact of the internal force and structural rigidity due to change of force pathway and structural stiffness caused by the deletion of columns was conducted. Under the architectural spatial requirement, by prestress and anchorage technology, the methods of extending intersection and outsourcing concave concrete to reinforce the column and beam was proposed respectively.
