摘要
管道大型悬索跨越主索缠丝导入力对主索防腐效果影响较大,以某管道大型悬索跨越为例,通过分析主索在不配重时主索索力增量和截面梯度温差影响下的主索索力,根据相关规范进行修正,得到合理的缠丝导入力,可保证在不配重情况下的缠丝效果。
Large pipeline suspension bridge wire wrapped pretensioning force effects on the antiseptic of main cable is larger. Take one pipeline suspension bridge as an example, through the analyse the main cable force under the influence of main cable force increment and sectional gradient temperature without counterweight case. In order to get a reasonable winding pretensioning force, revised the force according to the related standard.FinaUy, ensure that the wrapping effect is good without counterweight case.
