血浆中扑草净和乙草胺含量的测定 被引量:2

Content determination of prometryn and acetochlor in plasma samples

摘要 目的建立一种实用的测定生物样品中扑草净和乙草胺含量的方法。方法取0.2 ml血浆,加碳酸铵0.5 g调节p H,加乙酸乙酯,采用超声提取20 min,结合气相色谱-质谱联用法对扑草净和乙草胺进行定性定量。结果在1.0 ng/ml^1 000.0 ng/ml线性关系良好,扑草净和乙草胺在血浆中的添加回收率分别为:85.6%~89.8%和85.3%~87.6%,扑草净的精密度<6.12%,乙草胺的精密度<7.59%。结论该方法的线性关系良好,准确度高、可重现,适用于生物样品中扑草净和乙草胺含量的检测。 Objective To develop a practical method of determination of prometryn and acetochlor in biological samples. Methods Taking 0. 2 ml plasma,adding 0. 5 g ammonium carbonate to adjust p H,using ultrasonic extraction for 20 min,combining with gas chromatography- mass spectometry( GC- MS),prometryn and acetochlor in plasma samples were detected for qualification and quantification. Results In the range of 1. 0 ng / ml ~ 1 000. 0 ng / ml,the linearity was good. The recoveries were85. 6% ~ 89. 8% and 85. 3% ~ 87. 6% for prometryn and acetochlor,respectively. The relative standard deviation was less than 6. 12% and 7. 59% for prometryn and acetochlor,respectively. Conclusion The method is of good linearity,accuracy,and reproducibility,and it is suitable for the content detection of prometryn and acetochlor in biological samples.
