摘要
目的了解2013年太原市人间布鲁菌病发病情况,进而为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法对太原市各医院送检病例标本,进行虎红平板凝集实验(RBPT)和试管凝集实验(SAT),诊断标准按照《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》(WS269-2007)要求进行,分析布病的性别及职业分布情况。结果 2013年共检测样本2 145份,阳性样本683份,阳性率为31.8%(683/2 145),其中男性的阳性率[37.5%(547/1 458)]高于女性[19.8%(136/687)],性别之间阳性率差异有统计学意义,各职业之间阳性率差异有统计学意义,其中以农民的阳性率最高,为40.7%(534/1 312)。结论人间布病疫情明显增高,要进一步加强疫情监测力度,落实各项防控措施。
Objective To investigate human brucellosis in Taiyuan in 2013,so to provide references for the development of effective measures for the prevention and control of brucellosis in the area. Methods All samples from various hospitals in Taiyuan subjected to the rose bengal plate test( RBPT) and serum agglutination test( SAT),diagnosis of the samples were performed in accordance with the criteria described in Diagnostic Standards for Brucellosis( WS269- 2007). Gender and occupational distribution of brucellosis were analyzed. Results A total of 2 145 samples were collected for the detection in 2013,and among the 2 145 tested blood samples,683 were tested positive,resulting in a positive rate of 31. 8%( 683 /2 145). Male positive rate [37. 5%( 547 /1 458) ] was higher than that of female [19. 8%( 136 /687) ]. The different positive rate between genders was statistically significant. Overall positive rate among professional was statistical significance. And the peasantry population had the highest ratio of 40. 7%( 534 /1 312). Conclusion The epidemic of human brucellosis has an increased trend; it should further strengthen the monitoring of the epidemic,and implement the prevention and control measures.
