杨学信老中医治疗高血压病案数据挖掘分析

Medical Record Data Mining Analysis of Yang Xuexin Old Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Hypertension

目的总结杨学信老师在治疗高血压病方面的理、法、方、药特点,总结杨学信老师中医诊治高血压病的的临证经验及学术思想。方法本研究收集2009年6月至2011年6月,杨学信老师在宁夏医科大学附属中医医院心病科门诊高血压病历200例,采用频数法、聚类分析等方法对杨学信老中医治疗高血压病的辨证治疗方法、用药频次以及临床疗效进行数理分析,旨在探究其治疗高血压病的学术见解及诊疗规律。结论杨学信老中医辨治高血压病以阳亢络阻型为主,其在高血压病1级中所占比例最大,是其门诊高血压发病的主要证型;其辨治高血压病的主要方法以平肝、活络、利水法为主,是与高血压的发病机制等因素有密切相关性;其辨治高血压病用药方面以草决明、珍珠母、钩藤为主要药物。

Methods This study collected inune 2009 to June 2011, Yang Xuexin teacher in Ning Xia medical university affiliated hos-pital of traditional Chinese medicine disease outpatient medical records of 200 cases hypertension, the methods of frequency method.clus-tering analysis of Yang Xuexin old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the dialectical treatment of hypertension, drug use frequency and clinical curative effect of mathematical analysis, aiming to explore the academic opinions and diagnosis rule for the treatment of hypertension. Conclusion Yang Xuexin old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treating hypertension with hand winding resistance type is given priority to, its in hypertension grade 1, the largest proportion of developing hypertension is the clinic＇s main card type;The main methods of treating hypertension with flat liver, loose, the water is given priority to, is has close correlation with the pathogenesis of hypertension and other factors;Its treating hypertension drugs with cassia occidentalis, mother-of-pearl, uncaria as the main drugs.
